    MANAGING BROKER, MIKE HERATY
    Mike Heraty has over 34 years experience in the real estate industry across nine states. He has handled residential, land, ranch, resort and commercial. Mike also has an excellent track record for developing and marketing ranch properties.

    Mike Heraty has the knowledge to track real estate trends and keep his clients informed of potential impact. He understands your investment strategies and can help you stay ahead of the market.

    When Mike is away from the office, he is most likely to be spending time with his wife Lauri (below) and their two sons either jeeping, hiking or 4-wheeling in the mountains.

    LAURI HERATY, BROKER ASSOCIATE

    Lauri Heraty obtained her real estate license in 1995. She has worked along side her husband Mike since that time with a passion for absorbing as much of his knowledge as she possibly can.  She opened The Source in 1997 with her husband Mike, managing the back office systems as the company grew. She also has worked as a selling broker.  With a busy 4-year old son as well as 15-year old teenager, Lauri now spends a greater portion of her time behind the scenes, often from home, utilizing her "tech skills" to manage websites & keep The Pagosa Source on the cutting edge of real estate technology. This contributes to our "Team Philosophy" of ensuring our clients & customers, buyers & sellers have the most informative, efficient, effective & stress-free experience when working with our company.

    SUELLEN LOHER, BROKER ASSOCIATE / LISTING MANAGER

    Suellen is the warm friendly face you'll see when you enter The Pagosa Source. As "Client Care Manager", Suellen coordinates with Sellers on the important details that help insure a quick sale. As a licensed Broker, Suellen brings a wealth of knowledge to the details of the selling process. She keeps Sellers informed of all marketing, showing activity and feedback as well as new strategies the rest of the team is working on to ensure a stress-free sale in the shortest time possible. Suellen inputs our listings into the Multiple Listing Service, compiles all listing files and with photography as a hobby—she insures the best pictures of all the offices!  Suellen has been in Pagosa for 23+ years working in various recreational positions as well as Assistant Director for the Chamber of Commerce. As such, she is a great "Source" of information for everything from where to mountain bike or hike to where to find the lodging that best meets your desires to where to eat (and where not to). You'll also find Suellen to be perhaps the most "quick witted" woman in the county. She keeps you laughing, smiling & enjoying the process whether you are a buyer or seller. Weekends find her biking or camping & enjoying the sights of the Rockies!

    ROBIN CURVEY, CONTRACT MANAGER

    Robin is the pleasant voice you often hear when you call The Source. She follows the Purchase Contracts from the initial offer to closing, ensuring that all deadlines and requirements are met in an efficient and timely manner. Robin is very detailed orientated with a natural talent for systems & technology.  If there is a fast, efficient & systematic way to attend to any of  the myriad of details, people & personalities that bring the contract from start to close - you can bet Robin has figured it out & documented every detail. Her strengths in these areas make for the perfect blend of efficiency & attention to detail, ensuring our customers & clients the smoothest of transactions while being thoroughly updated of all progress. When Robin is not at work, you will often find her with her large & extended family at a baseball game, basketball game or other sporting event cheering on the Pagosa Pirates or her nephew's Rec League teams. Robin is a 5th generation Pagosa native.  If she isn't related to someone in town, chances are she at least knows them! She is a great resource for Ole' Timer stories!
